How does the membership work?
- A $100 monthly fee is automatically charged and added to your personal account balance
- Funds can be used toward eligible services and products
- Your balance grows over time and can be used whenever you’re ready
How do I sign up?
Glow Club memberships are set up in person at Mosaic Dermatology. During your visit, our team will help you enroll, answer any questions, and ensure your membership is tailored to your goals.
Do my funds expire?
No—your funds do not expire as long as your membership remains active.

What can I use my Glow Club funds for?

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The Glow Club requires a 3-month minimum commitment.
After the initial 3 months, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
What is the cancellation policy?
- You may cancel anytime after the initial 3-month commitment
- Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. After the initial 3-month commitment, you may pause (freeze) your membership for up to 3 months.
